Since our staff is responsible for covering pretty much everything related to the video game industry on a daily basis, it can be tough to post all the stories we think our readers would like to see. Videos go unwatched, new release dates are missed and silly quotes just float away without ever being heard. So, instead of ignoring the news that slipped through the cracks each week, we decided to put it all in one convenient place!
This week, Deadly Premonition appears on Steam Greenlight, Ultimate Warrior gives you a reason to pre-order WWE 2k14and much more.

Capcom announces ‘Ultra Street Fighter IV’
Remember back in the day when Capcom took a long, long time to move away from Street Fighter 2? Instead choosing to release new iterations of the game for years before releasing Street Fighter 3? Well they’re up to their old tricks again with Street Fighter IV, which now sees it’s fiftieth release, this time under the guise of Ultra Street Fighter IV.
Thankfully Capcom have learnt their lesson from previous releases and will be making Ultra SFIV available as a downloadable upgrade for Super Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition players. Ultra adds five new characters to the already ludicrously large roster, including: Poison, Hugo, Elena, Rolento and a secret character yet to be revealed. New backdrops are also included, along with some new game modes which will be revealed at a later date. Check out the trailer below for a peek at the new content .

Kinect’s role in the new ‘Killer Instinct’
Speaking at their panel during Evo 2013 the developers behind the upcoming Killer Instinct reboot talked about some of the features the Xbox One’s Kinect will bring to the game. They spoke about how the Kinect will recognize you once you’ve picked up a controller and will be able to reconfigure controller settings to your own and even choose your favorite character for you to play with. Presumably these will be features you can turn on and off, but either way it’s an interesting and unique way of using the technology. Here’s hoping the new Kinect hardware is up to the task, or it could make for some messy tournaments in our living rooms.
Halfbrick announces ‘Colassatron: Massive World Threat’
Guys, I don’t mean to cause a panic here, but apparently there’s a giant robot snake from outer space here and it’s looking to blow some stuff up. Oh no, wait, that’s just the premise of Halfbrick’s new game, phew. Colassatron: Massive World Threat sees you take control of the aforementioned giant robot snake, or Colossatron, as it takes on the forces of General Moustache. Score is determine by the amount of damage you do and you’ll be linking together colored Powernodes to collect weapons and abilities. No platforms have been announced as yet, but mobile platforms seem a safe bet, check out the trailer below.

While showing he still has a bit of the old magic, Warrior also informs us that he will be a pre-order bonus for the game. Not the man himself of course, rather the playable form of him in WWE 2k14. Best get to pre-ordering if you want to go all kinds of multi-colored crazy on your friends when the game releases later this year.
