Video game retailer GameStop will begin taking pre-orders on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 today, a source within the company tells StickSkills.
No further information is available, including official pricing of the consoles (although with Sony and Microsoft’s E3 press conferences taking place today, expect that information to come fairly quickly). In the past, customers have been required to put down a minimum deposit of $50 to secure a unit, so expect that to be the case here.
The information seems legitimate considering the deluge of information we’re likely to get on the new consoles starting today, but for now consider this 100 percent rumor.
