‘Resident Evil 6’ on-disc DLC found, Capcom responds

Capcom’s recently released Resident Evil 6 has been heavily modded to reveal DLC items on the disc. The modder, FluffyQuack, has posted a video containing the content that you should NOT watch if you care about spoilers.

The below video reveals the No Hope difficulty, a bunch of fresh costumes and multiplayer taunts that seem to hint at a potential unlockable character. While most of the DLC planned for this blockbuster title will be additional content not found on the disc, some of it does, in fact, require on-disc data to work.

“We still have unannounced DLC for RE6 that will be revealed in the coming months and while virtually all such content will not be on the disc there will be one piece of content, that for technical reasons, requires the use of a combination of newly downloaded data and data that is included on the retail game disc,” a Capcom spokesperson told Eurogamer.

All three videos are posted below, but once again, watch at your own risk. You will be spoiled on the game.
