Riley dies by saving the main character
Let’s face it, we all see this ending coming. After playing through a majority of the campaign we find ourselves starting to rely on Riley more than we expected. The dog goes from being a novelty to a necessity, and becomes a character that we truly do care about.
We make our way into the final level of Call of Duty: Ghosts and end up in a near death situation. Riley tries to save us by biting the main villain and is ultimately tossed to the side and we think he dies. The main character screams and engages in a cinematic fight with the main villain. Just as the villain gets the upper hand and is about to kill the main character, Riley finds a way to use the last bit of his energy to attack and kill our nemesis. The game ends playing a song as we carry Riley in our arms and head to the extraction point.
