Fallout
The sprawling Fallout 3 was unleashed upon the world in 2008 to much fanfare and an enormous amount of critical acclaim. Since then, developer Bethesda has been mum on the franchise, save for a DLC pack or five (Fallout: New Vegas released in 2010, but was developed by Obsidian). That’s not to say Bethesda hasn’t been busy – they launched the phenomenal Skyrim in 2011 – but fans have been clamoring for a true, Bethesda-developed sequel for some time. A new console generation seems like the perfect time to unveil a new entry in the franchise (which the developer is surely working on), but alas, it seems we’ll have to wait just a bit longer.
