It’s short and sweet but gives you a little taste of what kind of action will be in the sequel. It takes place after the events of the original game, with factions being built after the muderous rampage of the previous ‘hero’ from the first game. People have been inspired by the events and are dubbed ‘Fans’ as they don their masks according to a Joystiq preview.
Instead of just one character, you’ll be playing a multitude of characters. They each have their own separate story and by the end of the game, you’ll see the outcome of their actions. There’s some returning favourites in the soundtrack but Dennaton wants to have lots of of new artists join the fold.
It’s due out for release later this year for PC, Mac and Linux with the possibility of PS3/Vita as well.
