Since our staff is responsible for covering pretty much everything related to the video game industry on a daily basis, it can be tough to post all the stories we think our readers would like to see. Videos go unwatched, new release dates are missed and silly quotes just float away without ever being heard. So, instead of ignoring the news that slipped through the cracks each week, we decided to put it all in one convenient place!
This week, Ed Boon teases more Injustice DLC, Harmonix reveals their next game and much more.
More ‘Injustice: Gods among us’ DLC incoming?
We already know Injustice is getting a total of four DLC characters, three of whom have already been released. Character number four is due to be revealed at E3, joining Lobo, Batgirl and Scorpion as part of the Season pass. But Ed Boon, NetherRealm founder, is now teasing the possibilty of more DLC characters. See the tweets for yourself:
MK9 had 4 DLC characters, with the 4th one (Freddy K) being the best selling of the group! Obviously players wanted more DLC in MK9.

So we were thinking, is 4 DLC characters enough to have in INJUSTICE? Hmmmm…. youtube.com/watch?v=t925Jw…
— Ed Boon (@noobde) June 6, 2013
At E3 we will have INJUSTICE playing with the FIRST 4 DLC characters.

In addition to E3 we will be doing “more DLC characters”. For those of you who like to dissect that sentence. All we’re saying is that…

‘Final Fantasy XIII: Lighting Returns’ E3 trailer and box art
When Final Fantasy XIII was announced, we expected a few other games set in the same world, or at least linked by similar themes. What no one expected were two direct sequels, with Lightning Returns we look to be getting the final chapter of the FFXIII saga. Check out the box art and E3 trailer below.

Harmonix and Disney announce ‘Fantasia: Music Evolved’
After Rock Band and Dance Central, predicting Harmonix’s next move was a tricky one. Now we know what they’ve been working on though, and it’s not something we’ve have predicted. Fantasia: Music Evolved is a dancing game, which also allows players to manipulate the music they’re jigging along to. Based (loosely it would appear) on the classic Disney animation of the same name, Fantasia is coming to Kinect for Xbox 360 and Xbox One in 2014. It’ll feature tracks from 25 popular musicians, including: AVICII, Bruno Mars, Fun, Kimbra and Queen. Check out the announcement trailer below.

‘Wolfenstein: The New Order’ E3 Trailer
Bethesda and Machine Games have released a new trailer for their latest Wolfenstein reboot. Setting up the premise for The New Order, the video starts off with some narration from protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz, who explains how the Nazis managed to come out on top of the 2nd World War. Afterward we get a fair bit of gameplay footage, which shows a pretty action packed shooter. Also: robot dogs.
