We previously reported on the fact that Visceral Games’ upcoming horror sequel, Dead Space 3, would be getting optional Kinect commands. Now you can check out some of them in action thanks to a new trailer from EA and Visceral. In the video, Executive Producer Steve Papoutsis talks about the fact this is the first co-op game to feature Kinect voice commands. Which I’m not sure is exactly a selling point, but who knows. He then goes on to explain some of the different voice commands and their purpose.
If hitting a button is just too much for you, then you’ll be able reload, bring up the objective marker and use stasis by using your voice instead. While a lot of the commands seem somewhat redundant, it’s not hard to see them occasionally coming in handy. Check out the video below to see for yourself.
