Ubisoft had quite the successful launch last month when Assassin’s Creed III leaped its way onto retail shelves, but instead of soaking in all the accolades, the developer is currently experimenting with some interesting ideas for the next game in the franchise.
A survey spotted by The Gaming Liberty seems to be checking just what fans are interested in for the next title. Of course, questions about gameplay and story are included, but things start to get interesting when portions of the survey discuss whether or not they would like to see a future game feature Desmond or Connor.
Cooperative play is also mentioned, asking players if they’d like their friends to join them in completing missions and solving puzzles. This would be a new feature to the franchise, as the multiplayer introduced in Brotherhood was the first time multiple assassins were in the fray. One of the last questions asks people if they’d buy a new Assassin’s Creed game next year, but at this point, another release seems like foregone conclusion.
Even if you haven’t had the time to dig into Assassin’s Creed III, would you be interested in a new game with cooperative play? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!
