After a rather strong list of launch titles and a few initial announcements, owners of the system have been awaiting new titles to be announced for the handheld. While there’s quite a few titles launching later this year for consoles, it appears that two rather large franchises will be making their way to the Playstation Vita.
According to the findings of AGB, both Assassin’s Creed and Ghost Recon will debut on the handheld later this year. Assassin’s Creed III is listed in the screenshot, as well as Ghost Recon: Final Mission. It’s rather large news for owners of the handheld as both are major series that hold a significant following.
For Ghost Recon: Final Mission, no details were actually included with the posting. We would expect the game to feature co-op and to have multiplayer. We fully expect Ubisoft to announce both titles at E3 next month as well as blowout the first details on the handheld titles.
