NBA 2K12 Receives New Roster Update; Jeremy Lin Increased Again

If you’re a fan of consistent roster updates, then 2K Sports is getting you another roster update after the most recent one.  The previous roster update reflected current injuries and roster moves, most notably the updating of Jeremy Lin’s ratings.

Today’s roster update includes quite a few roster and injury changes as well, but the Rookie & Sophomore teams have not yet been updated.  Jeremy Lin’s overall rating has now been moved up to a 75, allowing him to be rather successful in NBA 2K 12.  You’ll be able to pull off more advanced moves and actually a little “Linsanity” if you so choose.

Our friends over at Operation Sports have a video up of the entire roster changes, so be sure to check them out if you don’t have access to your console.  It’s great to see 2K Sports put out another roster update so quickly, but fans on the Playstation 3 are still struggling with a system freeze issue that has yet to be fixed.

What do you think about the latest roster update for NBA 2K12?  Are you satisfied with Jeremy Lin’s rating, or do you disagree?  Be sure to let us know what you think by leaving us a comment below, or discuss NBA 2K12 in our forums.
