Just hours after the retail release of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, Ubisoft wasted no time in announcing the DLC scheduled to supplement the game.
Starting on December 13 the Ancestors Character Pack will be available for download at $3.99. The pack will include four new multiplayer characters: The Privateer, Corsair, Brigand and the Gladiator, and each of them will have a host of unique weapons and abilities.
The announcement proceeded to queue us in on another DLC pack planned for the future, but wouldn’t reveal any further details.
With the series attempting to beef up its multiplayer in the last few years, the content of the first DLC pack was nothing short of expected. It also wouldn’t be surprising to see the second pack provide additional content for the singleplayer storyline – in much same way as The Da Vinci Disappearance for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – and perhaps give players one last go with Ezio.
