New Assasin’s Creed: Revalations Trailer Gives us the Lowdown on Constantinople

Suleiman the Magnificent, also known as The Lawgiver, reigned over the Ottoman Empire from 1520 to 1566 and saw it to heights of world power that would have rivaled the Roman Empire or Ancient Greece at their peaks in other times periods.

In Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, however, Suleiman is still a Prince in 1511 Constantinople, where an underground Byzantine uprising is threatening to through the city into turmoil. As Ezio travels to Constantinople on part of his own quest to uncover one of Altair’s hidden secrets, he’ll meet figures like Suleiman, Manuel Palaiologos, and more who will need the legendary Assassin’s help.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations will release for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 next Tuesday on November 15. PC owners will be able to grab it two weeks later on November 29.
