The Playstation Network friends list has long been sitting at the max of fifty friends, but it appears that either with the recent 2.36 update or the PSN maintenance that the friends list has been raised to over fifty, if not one hundred friends.

This is a nice addition for users who were constantly forced to reduce or trim their friends list when they approached the max limit.
