During a financial statement Rockstar was making on their Second Quarter sales. It was announced that the DLC for GTA4 has been delayed, in what they are calling "delaying it for portfolio balances."

It was originally thought that the DLC could be on XB Live as early of August of this year, but now we won’t see it to sometime in the First Quarter period of 2009.

They did confirm that they are not having any developmental issues whatsoever with the DLC, and that at least is good news.
