‘LocoCycle’ will be $20 for Xbox One, download only through the marketplace at launch

The next title from the Twisted Pixel team will be ready for Xbox One’s launch with LocoCycle. In a press release, it was revealed that it’ll retail for $20 through their online marketplace.

We currently weren’t sure if it was going to be a retail title after it was announced it was coming to Xbox One at E3 this year. Now we got the full confirmation as it’ll be one of the big downloadables from the studio that brought you hits like ‘Splosion Man and Comic Jumper.

You play as a cybernetic motorocycle agent named I.R.I.S. who plans to escape the facility and search for true freedom. Along the way is Pablo, I.R.I.S.’s engineer who got stuck to I.R.I.S. and is being dragged along her journey, literally. It’s also coming to Xbox 360 at a later date.

If you’re at PAX Prime this weekend, you’ll be able to check out a new demo for the title. Our Executive Editor Max Roahrig checked out the title at PAX East earlier this year before its Xbox One announcement. He deemed it The ‘Short Circuit’ of videogames.
