After news of Final Fantasy XV being ported to Xbox One broke at E3, Square Enix announced that the highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts 3 will will also find a home on Microsoft’s next-gen platform. This time, the term “port” wasn’t used.
“As a fan I am also looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 3,” said Yosuke Matsuda, president and CEO of Square Enix. “We will see a mature Sora who will go off on new adventures with Mickey, Donald and Goofy.”
There’s no release date at this time, and there was very little to actually show fans at the Sony event. But, the big sequel will be coming to both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the future.
