We live in an age where – for better or worse – more and more games are adding multiplayer, whether it’s out of a desire for innovation or just an incentive to get you to hold on to your game for longer. That won’t be the case with MachineGames, Wolfenstein: The New Order though.
In a video preview with GameSpot the developer confirmed The New Order doesn’t feature a multiplayer mode in the current or next-generation versions being made. It’s a little surprising for a AAA title in today’s market; let alone a first-person shooter with a legacy in multiplayer.
Wolfenstein: The New Order is releasing this fall on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and the next-generation Xbox.
