It’s not often a PR stunt by a game company can be described as cool, but the one you see above by Platinum games and Konami France (these pictures were taken near the Seine River) is just that. Hideo Kojima has posted a series of pictures, found below, showing off a police car which has been sliced to pieces. In much the same way players can slice up the very same kind of car in Platinum’s latest. To make the point clearer, the car has Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Platinum Games logos on the side.
This was all part of an auction by Konami France, which sold off the car for charity. It has also been signed by Hideo Kojima and Platinum’s Yoji Shinkawa, the auction is now over, ending at 1610 EURO which is roughly 2100 dollars. Check out more images of the car below.
