Nintendo Network going through “emergency maintenance”

Written by Josiah Renaudin

The Nintendo Network will be going under “emergency maintenance” that will start Jan. 28 at 11 p.m. Pacific Time and last until 5 p.m.,  Jan. 29. This news comes directly from Nintendo.

The work being done will affect the online Wii U and 3DS eShops, the DSi Shop and Wii Shopping Channel. It’s safe to assume that these services will be offline, but if you’re lucky, you may be able to log on during a time of “intermittently unavailable.”

Along with the above network issues, services on both Pokemon Black and White 1 and 2, as well as ranking and matchmaking functions on Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper, will be down.

Stay posted for any updates.
