PlayStation Network still down, won’t be online until Jan. 19

The PlayStation Network’s scheduled maintenance that began Jan. 17 has gone on much longer than expected, and will continue until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

The service went offline early in the day yesterday, and while it was expected to be online Jan. 18, unforeseen circumstances have changed Sony’s plans.  The European PlayStation Blog has confirmed that all the online fun is not expected to recommence until at least tomorrow morning. That still doesn’t supply any firm time, so expect continued updates on the process.

      sony stated that if you logged in sometime in the past 2 days you can still play online how ever anyone who hasnt logged in will not be able to sign in…

    I had to pull out the old Nintendo and play mario 1 and 3. Screw 2 and today just played a little sonic. I guess ill finish today w the 64 and golden eye 007! Miss online gaming!
