Over the past two years, Nintendo has refused to localize games such as Xenoblade and The Last Story. They eventually came out due to Gamestop having an exclusive for Xenoblade Chronicles and XSEED picking up the publishing rights for The Last Story. Now the final game in that mix, Pandora’s Tower is finally getting a localization job done from XSEED.
The North American version should be hitting shelves this Spring. Kind of funny since the Wii U is out and everything. But it’s a game people have been clamoring about for a while now thanks to Operation Rainfall.
You play as the hero Aeron who must rescue his love Elena. You must go through twelve towers and slay beasts until you find your true love. It’s said to evoke feelings from games like Zelda, Shadow of the Colossus and Nier for some reason. The game looks pretty cool so I’m getting excited to play it.
How do you feel about this localization? Let us know in the comments below or post in our forums.
