Square’s upcoming reboot of the beloved Tomb Raider franchise may contain a grouping of multiplayer features that are yet to be publicly announced.

Tomb Raider, which is set to release March 5, has only been shown as a single-player experience. There’s been plenty of hype behind Crystal Dynamic’s fresh take at Lara Croft, and with just over two months left to go, we’ve assumed most of the game’s features have been revealed. However, AllGamesBeta has spotted an image on UK retailer GAME’s online product page that points to a few multiplayer options in the final product.

The last sentence has since been removed from the website, but it seems a bit strange that it would appear in the first place without the retailer having some sort of inside scoop.

Either way, we’ll have to learn about it soon, as we’re just a few short months away from Tomb Raider’s official release.

Do you think Crystal Dynamic’s game will include multiplayer? If so, does that make you more interested in the game? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!
