Unannounced THQ titles outed, next game from ‘Left 4 Dead’ creators included

The unfortunate news of THQ declaring bankruptcy has shaken the industry in a number of ways, but one of the most recent repercussions is the reveal of four of the company’s unannounced titles currently in development.

It was Polygon that first noticed these games in the legal documents, and while they’re all working titles, it’s still pretty interesting to see what’s in the works for the future.

Here’s a list of the games:

  • Crawler, the next big thing from Darksiders creator Vigil Games, is currently in development.
  • Atlas is next, which will come from Relic entertainment. As of now, it’s expected to hit in calendar year 2014.
  • Evolve is coming from the talented Left 4 Dead creators, Turtle Rock Studios.
  • Last but not least is 1666, which is being developed over at THQ Montreal. The project is being led by former Assassin’s Creed creative director Patrice Désilets.

Trademarks have been filed for both 1666 and Evolve, but once again, none of these are final.

Which of these games sounds the most interesting to you? Do you think any of the names will change? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!
