EA and Visceral Games’ Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel will be the series’ third attempt at cooperative greatness, and a new batch of screens have just been released to showcase how pretty this new, more serious experience will be.
Remember Salem and Rios from the last two games in the franchise? Well, if you answered “no,” you’re not alone. Army of Two games have struggled to find a dynamic duo to keep the narrative interesting, so Alpha and Bravo are now stepping in to change things up a bit. Well, they’re both still masked dudes with heavy artillery, so don’t expect a deep, introspective tale for the ages, but you could say that EA is attempting to spice up one of its more popular shooters.
Look for Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC March 26, 2013.
