The release of the Twisted Metal earlier this year just didn’t seem to hold up to the expectations that Sony and David Jaffe had for the title. Shortly after the release of the game, David Jaffe left the development team to begin work on a brand new project.
In an effort to bring the game to a larger audience, Twisted Metal will be going to the Playstation Network this week at a cheaper price point. Available as a digital download, gamers will be able to snag Twisted Metal for only $40 starting on October 30th.
If you don’t have the space on your hard drive or prefer a tangible copy, you can score a copy of Twisted Metal for the same new price now. We’re expecting this to be a permanent price drop going forward for the title as well.
