If you own Left 4 Dead 2 on a PC, then it was a rather solid day for you today. While PC and Mac users received the Cold Stream downloadable content officially today, Xbox 360 owners weren’t quite so lucky.
Though no official announcement was made by Valve today, a tweet did go out from the Left 4 Dead twitter account that confirmed the delay. No specific reason was given, but it was stated that they’re actively working with Microsoft to schedule a release.
In addition to the delay, gamers were also informed that the downloadable content will cost 560 Microsoft Points. PC and Mac users received it for free, but due to policies with Xbox Live it will cost you around $7 to grab.
