GTA V Release Date Leaked by Xbox Support

GTA V

With E3 being less than two weeks away, everyone is anxious to see what comes from the conference this year.  One of the biggest questions at the event centers around the release of Grand Theft Auto V.  Rumors are swirling and speculation is at an all-time high for Rockstar to provide some sort of timetable for the release.

In a rather unlikely circumstance, it appears that the extremely popular XboxSupport may have revealed this information. In a tweet that has now been deleted, a user was told, “@TheRealDubster The next title, Grand Theft Auto 5, will be out later this year :) ^BB”.

The likelihood that Microsoft’s Twitter support would have this information doesn’t seem very likely, but stranger things have happened.  Could the account really have inside information that no one else seems to possess at this point? An argument can be made that the tweet could have been deleted for leaking the information, but also for providing false information.

When not writing for the site, you can find Dougie on Xbox Live & Playstation Network (Gamertag: AirUpThere06). He plays just about everything, but loves a good shooter with a great multiplayer experience.
