A long time ago, Sony was hyping up their Playstation 3 exclusive Agent. The game looked incredibly promising and most gamers were excited to see a stealth-style game from Rockstar come to the PS3.
Well, that was in 2007. Since then, very little has been released on the title and many have questioned whether or not the game was still in development. A LinkedIn profile of Hethe Srodawa has revealed that the very is still very much alive and in Rockstar’s plans for the future.
Hethe has worked on quite a few titles for Rockstar, and recently listed his most recent jobs in what appears to be chronological order on his profile. The list reads as follows: “Red Dead Redemption, RDR:Undead Nightmare, L.A. Noir, MaxPayne 3, Agent, GTAV and others”. While we obviously know that Max Payne 3 launches next month and Grand Theft Auto V sometime within the next year, it’s great to see Agent being worked on with those as well.
Hethe’s work at Rockstar ended in 2011, however. It’s very likely that the game is still in production if it was worked on within the same cycle as Max Payne 3 and Grand Theft Auto V. Sony and Rockstar have the ability to officially release more information and a trailer in E3 2012, but only time will tell.
What do you think about Rockstar still working on Agent? Are you still even looking forward to the title after all this time? Be sure to let us know what you think by leaving us a comment below, or discuss Agent in our forums.
